Progressively, the sheet are assigned to the bending section.Depending on the type of making, we use numerical control presses which range in lenght from 1(or lower) mt to 10 mt. The procedure allow the achievement of finishing pieces which fully satisfy the requirements of the customers.

The sheet metal shearing is the procedure that starts the whole process of working. It reaches up to 6 mt on thicknesses 30/10, and operates through the cutting of plates or from coils with development and measure.
The following steps are sheet cutting and the preparation to be used in bending, punching, calendering.

The calendering occurs by way of “sheet ironing” to obtain circles and semicircles with variable radius. We calender stainless steel and aluminium to 20/10 and to 4 mt in length

The punching is the stage of production that provides for the implementation of holes and carvings in the sheet. It is performed with C.N.C. machines on a working table of 1000 mm x 3000 mm.The tools are repositioned and loaded automatically.
The process take place through cad/cam software,
to optimize the production timing.
